Active – 10-13k steps per day, (or, on feet most of the day, lots of walking, intense job)
Very Active – 13-16k stepsper day (or, on feet, labour intensive job, physically demanding)
Very Very Active – 16k+ steps per day (or, always on feet, always moving, labour intensive job, lots of heavy lifting)
